HT3100-LNG | 90T
The HT3100-LNG mining vehicle features a 4×2 electric drive system and uses LNG as fuel. The vehicle’s power comes from an LNG gas engine, which drives a main generator to generate three-phase AC power. This power is converted to DC power by a rectifier unit within the electrical control cabinet. A frequency converter, based on IGBTs, converts the rectified DC power into three-phase AC power with adjustable amplitude and frequency, enabling the traction and speed regulation of the traction motor. The traction motor drives a reducer to transmit power to the tires, achieving forward and reverse movement by changing the direction of the traction motor’s magnetic field current.
The HT3100LNG mining vehicle primarily consists of a frame, powertrain, air supply system, steering axle, drive axle, electrical system, hydraulic system, cargo box, platform, cab, and auxiliary systems such as air intake and exhaust, air conditioning, and fenders.
