HT3150 | 120T
The HT3150 mining truck adopts a 4×2 electric drive configuration. A diesel engine drives the main generator to generate three-phase alternating current (AC), which is converted into direct current (DC) by the rectifier unit inside the electric control cabinet. The frequency converter with IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) as the core component in the electric control cabinet converts the rectified DC into three-phase AC with adjustable amplitude and frequency, thereby realizing the traction and speed regulation of the traction motor. The traction motor drives the reducer to transmit power to the tires for power transfer, and the vehicle’s forward and reverse movement is achieved by changing the direction of the magnetic field current of the traction motor.
